One email address, answered by one of us. There is no shop system, no booking system and no phone number, so email is genuinely the way this works.

What to include

  • For an order: what you want, how many, and a delivery address. We reply with a total including postage.
  • For a harvest day: which date, and how many of you. Tell us about any allergy or mobility issue at this point rather than later.
  • For anything else: just ask. We answer questions about growing and preserving from people who are not buying anything, and we are happy to.

What we cannot do

We cannot take card payments, ship outside the EU, arrange a visit outside the four harvest days, or give out the address. None of those are policies we enjoy, they are what fits around actually running the place.
